• ABC’s for Women in the Workforce: Adapt, Blossom, Claim               LeanIn.org recently published their Women in the Workforce 2020 report and the prospects look bleak.  They challenge companies to use this information to lay the foundation for the future.

• This roundtable discussion uses this report as a framework to check in with our own WiA members and encourage them to take hold of their careers.  After introducing the topic, participants will be asked to
• • 1) share struggles they have personally been dealing with and how they are adapting to their current work environment,
  • 2) discover what support we can offer each other to blossom in 2021 rather than have a stagnant year for our careers, and
  • 3) vocalize aspirations for the future that we want to claim.  Building on the Women in the Workforce 2020 report, let’s move the information from a corporate focus to a session about our own individual strategies and support each other in the process.

We encourage all ASHRAE members to join.  Everyone can benefit from this self-reflection and path setting session as well as support colleagues in our chapter or their own company.
