Houston Chapter....we have a full slate for our February session.  David Howell will begin speaking at 11 AM SHARP

David Howell is the Director of Licensingfor the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.  He has over 23 years of engineering experience working for the State of Texas, six of them with the Board. As the Director of theLicensingDivision, he oversees the review of all PE applications, Firm registrations, EIT certifications and renewals in the State of Texas. The Licensing division reviews more than 2,500 PE applications per year and handles the renewals for close to 57,000 licensed Texas PEs and approximately 9,000 registered engineering Firms. TheLicensing division also coordinates the exams for more than 6,900 examinees each year.  

David has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, El Paso.  Prior to coming to the Board, his work was primarily in the field of environmental engineering. 

For the luncheon presentation we will have Ken Loudermilk from Trox to discuss the application and case study of chilled beams in hot and humid climates.
